Extended Stay America is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure property equipment functions and guest rooms are in good repair. You will perform tasks per the Green Shield Binder and directions from management to help maintain a pristine property.

The role emphasizes timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance while delivering a positive guest experience across all areas of the hotel, including common spaces and exterior grounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 months related maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and follow safety and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests with timely follow-through and professional conduct.
• Perform repairs listed on work orders in a timely manner.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined in company binder.
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance areas and tool inventories.
• Follow Green Shield Binder schedules and SOPs to complete tasks to company standards.
• Coordinate with outside vendors as directed by management.
