Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the property equipment is functioning and guest rooms are maintained to company standards. The role involves performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and keeping detailed records as part of daily operations.

You will respond to guest requests, assist with cleaning tasks, and work with management to uphold safety and service quality across the property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training

Responsibilities

• Ensure property equipment is functioning and premises are maintained.
• Perform repairs listed on work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and follow Green Shield Binder procedures.
• Maintain records for inspections, deficiencies and safety checks.
• Assist with cleaning and upkeep of all hotel areas as assigned.
• Respond to guest requests with diligence and follow-through.
