Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service and repair mechanical and electrical systems across the property in Pompano Beach, FL. The role includes preventative maintenance, pool and grounds upkeep, and adherence to safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in hotel maintenance preferred.
• Proficient in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Ability to follow safety and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical or electrical systems throughout the hotel.
• Performs preventative maintenance on a schedule basis.
• Maintains pool, grounds, and exterior to ensure curb appeal.
• Follows safety policies and reports unsafe conditions.
• Assists other Engineering personnel as needed.
