Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a Maintenance Technician to service hotel mechanical and electrical systems. You will perform preventative maintenance, repair HVAC and plumbing, and care for pool facilities and building exteriors.

Responsibilities include adhering to safety protocols, logging service activities, and assisting other engineering staff to maintain a safe, efficient property environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance trades including electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot hotel systems and equipment.
• Ability to work safely and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs malfunctions in mechanical or electrical systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
• Performs preventative maintenance on a schedule (e.g., room care).
• Maintains pool and equipment, records logs and service requests.
• Maintains exterior areas for curb appeal (lawn, painting, gardening).
• Follows safety and security procedures and uses PPE as required.
• Assists other engineering staff and performs related duties as assigned.
