Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician responsible for preventative and responsive repair of the hotel’s mechanical/electrical systems, general upkeep of the property, and safety compliance. Role includes pool and grounds maintenance, and supporting engineering staff in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, with a high school diploma preferred and a willingness to work varied shifts

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance trades including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair hotel mechanical/electrical systems.
• Willingness to follow safety and security procedures.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical/electrical systems throughout the hotel.
• Performs preventative maintenance on a schedule.
• Maintains pool, grounds, and exterior curb appeal.
• Operates in a 24/7 hotel environment with varying shifts.
• Ensures safety and reports unsafe conditions.
• Assists other engineering staff as needed.
