Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Technician to handle preventative and repair work on mechanical and electrical systems across the property, including HVAC, plumbing, and pool equipment. The role supports the building’s upkeep, safety and appearance while following all policies.

Responsibilities include documentingMaintenance requests, coordinating with engineering staff, and maintaining a safe work environment in a 24/7 hotel operation.

Qualifications

• General maintenance knowledge across mechanical/electrical systems.
• Experience in hotel or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 operation and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical/electrical systems (HVAC, plumbing) across the hotel.
• Performs preventative maintenance on a schedule (room care).
• Maintains pool, exterior, and grounds; logs maintenance requests.
• Adheres to safety policies and reports hazards or incidents.
• Assists other engineering staff as needed.
