Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of multiple maintenance trades including electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair routine hotel equipment and systems.
• Recognize hazards and follow safety, security and emergency procedures.
• Comfort with operating in a fast-paced hotel environment and shift variations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs malfunction in mechanical or electrical systems across the hotel.
• Performs preventative maintenance on a schedule, including room care.
• Maintains pool and chemical levels, logs maintenance requests and reports.
• Maintains exterior grounds and curb appeal, e.g., lawn care, painting, landscaping.
• Follows company policies, safety rules and emergency procedures.
• Assists other engineering personnel and covers additional duties as needed.
