Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management in Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to uphold the hotel's mechanical and electrical systems. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems across the property.

Responsibilities include completing preventive maintenance, handling work orders promptly, keeping facilities safe and reliable, and supporting the Engineering team while reporting hazards and incidents according to company safety

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance trades including basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair routine mechanical and electrical hotel systems.
• Commitment to safety, PPE procedures and hotel policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain hotel facilities, equipment, and guest areas for safe operations.
• Follow all safety, security, emergency procedures and PPE requirements.
• Assist Engineering team and report accidents, hazards, or unsafe conditions.
