Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems across the property.

You will troubleshoot issues, perform routine tasks, follow safety procedures, and assist the Engineering team. High school diploma preferred; prior hotel maintenance experience is a plus; excellent teamwork required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance trades including electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair routine mechanical and electrical malfunctions in hotel systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with safety procedures.
• Graduation from high school or equivalent education is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Repair and maintain mechanical/electrical equipment throughout hotel.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and work orders promptly.
• Report accidents or hazards to management.
