Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a skilled maintenance technician to service hotel mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring safety and comfort for guests. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing and related equipment, and support exterior upkeep to preserve curb appeal.

The role operates within a 24/7 hotel environment requiring flexible shifts, strong safety awareness, and teamwork with engineering staff to keep properties running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance trades including electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for operation and repair of hotel equipment.
• Ability to recognize safety hazards and follow procedures.
• Proficiency with HVAC, electrical, carpentry, drywalling, painting, plumbing and landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs malfunctions in mechanical or electrical systems throughout the hotel.
• Performs preventive maintenance on a scheduled basis.
• Maintains pool facilities and logs maintenance requests.
• Maintains building exterior and curb appeal.
• Follows safety and security procedures and policies.
