Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a Hotel Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems across a busy property.

Responsibilities include servicing the pool, maintaining building exteriors, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. The role supports 24/7 hotel operations and requires strong troubleshooting abilities and a high standard of workmanship.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance of hotel facilities or similar environment.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
• Ability to read and follow safety and security procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical and electrical systems across hotel facilities.
• Perform preventative maintenance on a schedule basis.
• Service hotel pool including chemical adjustment and filtration.
• Maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
