Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service and repair hotel mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing and carpentry tasks. You will perform preventative maintenance, maintain pool areas, and uphold safety standards across the property.

The role requires the ability to read manuals, operate basic tools, and work flexible shifts to support a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Ability to read maintenance manuals and schematics.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical and electrical systems hotel-wide.
• Performs preventative maintenance on a schedule basis.
• Maintains the hotel pool and grounds, including safety and cleanliness.
• Follows safety procedures and reports hazards to supervisor.
• Keeps accurate logs and records of work performed.
