Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management invites applications for a Maintenance Engineer at a Florida hotel. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, perform preventative maintenance, and oversee pool and exterior upkeep to sustain a safe, well‑kept property.

You must follow safety protocols, document work, and assist team members in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma preferred; competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance trades including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair routine mechanical/electrical malfunctions.
• Willingness to follow safety and security procedures and wear protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical or electrical systems hotel-wide (HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
• Performs preventative maintenance on a schedule and records logs.
• Maintains exterior areas and pools, including safety and chemical checks.
• Reports unsafe conditions, accidents, and losses to supervisor; supports other staff as needed.
