Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a hotel engineer responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems across our properties, including HVAC, plumbing, and building services. The role supports the hotel’s 24/7 operations, maintains the pool and outdoor areas, and ensures safe, clean, and well‑groomed facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining hotel mechanical/electrical systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and safety practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow maintenance protocols.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical/electrical systems (HVAC, plumbing) hotel-wide.
• Performs preventative maintenance on a schedule.
• Maintains pool, chemicals, and filters; completes logs.
• Maintains exterior and curb appeal (lawn, painting, landscaping).
• Follows safety procedures and reports unsafe conditions and accidents.
