Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a hotel kitchen team member at AC Hotel Phoenix to prepare quality food following recipes and portion standards. You will manage prep tasks, rotate perishables, and help maintain buffet setups while ensuring compliance with Crescent standards.

You will be part of a collaborative team, balancing speed and accuracy in a fast-paced hotel environment, with responsibilities that include setting up meal stations, maintaining equipment, and supporting seasonal menu

Qualifications

• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Can communicate well with guests.
• Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers in a team environment.
• Finger/hand dexterity to operate food machinery.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or move goods weighing up to 100 lbs on a continuous schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Start items prepared ahead of time without over preparing.
• Date and rotate perishables; keep temperatures proper.
• Check pars for shift use; assist in keeping buffet stocked.
• Return unused items to storage with proper cover/date.
