Job summary

AC Hotel Phoenix is seeking a dedicated line cook to prepare food to Crescent standards under the supervision of kitchen leadership. You will follow recipes, manage mise en place, and assist in keeping the buffet stocked while maintaining cleanliness and food safety.

You should be a team player with dexterity to operate kitchen equipment, lift up to 100 lbs, and be reliable at a fast-paced property. This full-time role requires consistent attendance and a willingness to perform additional duties

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Start items ahead of time and manage production levels.
• Date, rotate, and store perishables per standards.
• Check pars, identify shortages, and assist in buffet stock control.
• Return unused items to storage and label perishables.
• Assist in controlling food costs and waste according to Crescent standards.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment (fryer, broiler, ovens, etc.).
• Maintain attendance and reliability for shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
