Job summary

Encore is seeking an IT operations specialist to manage the property's IT, network and client-facing services. You will maintain equipment, support events, and ensure excellent service to guests and staff.

Responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting AV/network gear, coordinating with ISPs and hotel IT, and maintaining accurate documentation and inventory for all equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years field experience in internet services support required.
• 2–3 years customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Internet services, bandwidth, IP wired and wireless networks, principles of computer hardware and software, webcasting.
• Certifications: CompTIA, Cisco CCENT/CCNA/CCDA/CCNP and Wireless specialties.
• Technical level 300 Certified; location within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT operation, network, and client facing services at the property level.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV and internet equipment.
• Coordinate with Internet Service Providers and Hotel IT team.
• Plan and execute event network requirements and ensure high levels of customer service.
• Maintain inventory and documentation for equipment and configurations.
