Job summary

Encore Global is seeking an Internet Lead to provide intermediate level technical support for internet services in a hospitality environment. You will handle setup, operation, and troubleshooting of AV and network equipment, mentor junior Technicians, and ensure client satisfaction on-site.

Responsibilities include on-site collaboration with guests, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to invoicing processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required. Associate degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of field experience in internet services support required.
• 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Technical level 200 Certified; location certification within 30 days.
• Internal candidates must complete 50% of hands-on skill verification.
• Familiarity with Internet services, bandwidth, IP wired and wireless networks, computer hardware/software, webcasting.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate AV and internet equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Complies with company security and safety measures; ensure equipment is secure from theft or damage.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relations on site.
• Meet with guests to ensure needs are met and equipment works properly.
• Assist with invoices and coordinate with hotel/clients as needed.
