Qualifications

• Experience in Hyatt Hotels is highly desired.
• Opera experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Clean background check and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activities.
• Provide expedient check-in/check-out service.
• Be knowledgeable of hotel property and in-house events.
• Provide guests with information concerning hotel policies and amenities/services.
• Assist in reaching monthly brand standard goals in regards to customer service, employee training and brand recognition.
