B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Herndon, VA to provide warm, efficient guest service. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and guest requests while upholding the company's standards.

This role requires at least a high school diploma and prior guest service experience; candidates should be comfortable working 3 PM to 11 PM and be prepared to contribute to a collaborative team and uphold safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years prior guest service experience preferred in a hospitality setting.
• Excellent verbal communication skills needed.
• Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform job duties in a fast paced environment.
• Must be available to work 3 PM - 11 PM, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and process special requests.
• Assists guests by having knowledge of hotel property, local attractions, and hours of operation of hotel outlets and services.
• Works as a team player in meeting guests needs, and actively contributes to the efforts of other departments when necessary.
• Understands and follows guest service recovery program.
