B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Services associate in Arlington, VA to anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service at check-in/out.

You will assist with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner, following our high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction. This role requires flexibility for scheduling, including weekends and some holidays, and involves handling guest transactions, upselling rooms and amenities, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years prior guest service experience required, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, customer focused and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Guest Service: Anticipates and responds to guests in a friendly and positive manner. Processes check-ins and check-outs, verifies billing, creates reservations, and handles special requests.
• Assists guests by knowing hotel property, local attractions, hours of operation, and services. Works as a team to meet guest needs and supports other departments as needed.
• Follows selling techniques to maximize room revenues, monitors room availability, and enforces booking policies. Up-sells rooms and amenities while adhering to cost controls.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and follows emergency procedures; adheres to company safety and guest service recovery programs.
