B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a guest service-oriented associate for the Sterling, VA area. The role covers check-ins/outs, reservations and guest requests with a focus on delivering exceptional service and brand standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of guest service experience, and the ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 75 pounds. Evening shifts (3pm–11pm) with weekend/holiday availability are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years guest service experience preferred, ideally in hospitality.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing and create reservations.
• Assist guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional and timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel outlets, local attractions and hours of operation.
• Follow guest service recovery procedures and support other departments as needed.
