• Financial Results and Cost Control: maximize room revenues; monitor availability; up-sell rooms and amenities; follow cash handling procedures.
• Self/Workload Management: plan, organize and prioritize tasks; attend meetings.
• Safety/Risk Management: maintain a clean, safe work area; follow incident procedures; know emergency procedures.
