B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a guest services professional to assist guests with check-ins and reservations, delivering friendly, timely service. You will help guests with local information and special requests, contributing to a positive experience across hotel outlets.

The role requires weekend availability and is scheduled 3pm–11pm, with opportunities to collaborate across departments and contribute to guest satisfaction and revenue initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years prior guest service experience required preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis. EEO AA M/F/Vet/Disabled

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Process check-ins/outs, verify billing, create reservations, and assist guests with requests.
• Provide knowledge of hotel property, local attractions, and hours of operation.
• Upsell rooms and amenities to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Follow department procedures and guest service recovery program.
