Hei Hotels Inc. is seeking a seasoned executive to lead the Cleveland Downtown property’s operations and financial performance. You will drive guest satisfaction, safeguard assets, and shape the culture in line with HEI Hotels and Resorts standards.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with corporate and onsite teams to optimize revenue and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in hospitality, preferably in both Rooms and Food & Beverage.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, marketing plans, security, safety programs, and budget forecasting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
• Experience leading teams and departments toward business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and direct the hotel's operations and financial activities.
• Safeguard the asset and uphold HEI Hotels and Resorts culture at the property level.
• Develop and implement plans to improve operations and staff performance.
• Oversee guest satisfaction and ensure consistent product quality and service.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, and HR as part of senior leadership.
