Job summary

The Westin Cleveland Downtown is seeking a seasoned hotel executive to lead and supervise the hotel’s operations and financial activities. You will safeguard assets and drive a customer-focused culture across the property, ensuring top-tier service and fiscal discipline.

With a minimum of five years in hotel management, you will oversee daily operations, collaborate with HR and sales teams, and participate in corporate committees to align with HEI Hotels and Resorts standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in hotel operations.
• Knowledge of marketing plans, security and safety programs, and budget forecasting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and direct the operations and financial activities of the hotel.
• Safeguard assets and implement HEI Hotels and Resorts culture on the property level.
• Oversee quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction through daily property oversight.
• Travel to corporate meetings and participate in committees as assigned.
• Guide Executive Committee and management in making sound business decisions and achieving financial objectives.
