Job summary

You will guide the executive team, drive revenue management, and collaborate with corporate committees to align with HEI standards while ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in both Rooms and Food & Beverage.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, preparation of business plans, repairs, maintenance, budget forecasting, quality assurance programs, hospitality law, and long-range planning.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as supervisors, coworkers, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a customer-driven hotel with a vision that inspires associates to excel.
• Oversee quality control to ensure customer satisfaction via product and service delivery.
• Inspect property daily and monitor condition, cleanliness, and costs.
• Engage in sales activities, committees, and corporate meetings as needed.
• Support HR with associate matters per HEI policies.
• Hire, train, evaluate performance, and address disciplinary issues when appropriate.
• Develop and monitor improvement plans for operations and management performance.
• Engage with community relations to maintain a positive public image.
