Job summary

The Westin Cleveland Downtown, part of HEI Hotels & Resorts, is seeking an experienced hotel leader to oversee the property's operations and financial performance. You will drive guest satisfaction, lead the executive team, and ensure alignment with HEI policies and standards.

You will collaborate with sales, revenue management, HR, and corporate committees to execute strategic objectives and maintain exemplary service across all departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in hotel operations.
• Knowledge of hotel operations including marketing plans, safety programs, personnel and budget forecasting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to adapt style for audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and direct the operations and financial activities of the hotel.
• Oversee property condition, cost control, quality of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Travel for corporate meetings and committees; participate in sales and revenue management.
• Support HR with staffing, training, performance reviews, and discipline when needed.
• Promote the property and HEI Hotels & Resorts through client meetings and community involvement.
• Guide executive team to make sound business decisions and achieve financial objectives.
• Ensure regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
