Job summary

The Westin Cleveland Downtown is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead hotel operations, safeguard assets, and drive financial performance in a 484-room property. You will partner with leaders across departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and execute HEI Hotels & Resorts standards on property level.

Responsibilities include ensuring top service quality, overseeing daily operations, attending corporate meetings, and guiding the executive team to meet strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including revenue, cost control, and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and direct hotel operations and financial activities.
• Safeguard assets and uphold HEI Hotels & Resorts standards at the property.
• Oversee daily property condition, guest service quality, and cost control.
• Coordinate with Human Resources on staffing, training, and performance reviews.
• Represent the property in meetings, with clients, and in community relations.
