Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts seeks an experienced hotel leader to oversee daily operations and financial performance of a property in California. The role drives guest satisfaction, quality control, and strategic planning to achieve top-line results.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will supervise management teams, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with safety, service standards, and company policies across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a hotel or related environment.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, safety programs, budget forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to adapt style to audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and direct the operations and financial activities of the hotel.
• Oversee quality processes to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Meet with clients and attend meetings to promote the hotel and drive revenue.
• Guide executive team, develop and monitor performance plans, and ensure adherence to policies.
• Ensure compliance with attendance, safety, and hospitality standards.
