Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented General Manager to join our team. You will lead operations, drive guest experiences, and help the team achieve operational and business goals in a high-performing environment.

As a General Manager, you will direct hotel operations, support recruitment and succession planning, and ensure adherence to brand standards while fostering a positive guest and associate

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred for director-level roles.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience appropriate to the position.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred for management roles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Drive financial performance by supporting revenue, profitability, labor, and market-share objectives.
• Coach, train, develop, and recognize associates to support engagement and retention.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with Hotel Equities standards, brand requirements, and company policies.
• Respond effectively to guest concerns and support a consistent service-recovery culture.
• Manage schedules, staffing, supplies, and departmental resources as appropriate.
• Review reports, trends, and key performance information to support sound decisions.
