You will recruit and develop staff, uphold brand standards, and coordinate with sales and marketing to boost occupancy. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to respond to guest needs swiftly.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel leadership and guest services.
• Strong decision-making and budget management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and lead a 6–12 staff team to achieve outstanding results.
• Maintain high guest service standards and address guest concerns promptly.
• Manage budgets, labor, occupancy, and P&L to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead local sales and marketing to improve occupancy and revenue.
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry duties as needed to ensure continuity.
• Understand and follow property emergency procedures and security needs.
