You will recruit, train, and support a 6-12 member team, ensuring guest-ready service and high standards across all departments. You will also cultivate local sales opportunities, network with partners, and uphold brand guidelines while maintaining operational excellence and contingency plans for guest issues.

Qualificações

• Experience leading hotel teams and operations.
• Proven ability to maintain high guest service standards.
• Strong oversight of budgets, labor, and P&L in hotel settings.
• Effective communication and team-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a 6-12 member team.
• Ensure the property is guest-ready and responsive to concerns.
• Oversee brand guidelines, deadlines, budgets and profitability.
• Drive local sales and marketing to boost occupancy.
• Step in to support housekeeping and daily operations as needed.
