Prominence Hospitality Group is seeking a General Manager for our Jackson, TN property. You will lead daily hotel operations, manage budgets, and drive exceptional guest experiences while partnering with ownership and leaders across departments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in a supervisory or GM role within hospitality, with strong leadership and revenue management skills. We promote a collaborative culture with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience in a supervisor role or a General Manager role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a guest-centric mindset.
• Knowledge of front- and back-of-house operations and revenue management principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across all departments and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage the hotel budget, implement programs to improve efficiency and service, and run weekly department meetings.
• Represent the property at ownership meetings and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Motivate staff, provide performance feedback, set goals, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrate guest-focused service and uphold brand standards in all interactions.
