Job summary

Image Hotel Management is seeking experienced General Managers for multiple properties across Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio and Michigan. The role requires strong leadership to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, drive revenue growth, control costs, and ensure compliance with brand standards and regulations.

The GM will lead a team, develop staff, monitor guest satisfaction, and implement proactive strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of General Manager experience in a hotel.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer communication skills.
• Ability to perform under high-pressure situations.
• Strong understanding of sales and revenue management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Must have prior hotel experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations including sales, HR, F&B, budgets, rooms, housekeeping and maintenance.
• Recruit, interview and train staff.
• Monitor performance, provide supervision, schedule and evaluations.
• Direct service quality and financial metrics to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional service and drive financial success.
• Maintain safe, compliant operations and preserve assets.
