Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group in Chattanooga seeks a General Manager to oversee all hotel operations, including staffing, budgeting, revenue management, and guest satisfaction. The GM will drive sales, ensure brand standards, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional experiences while engaging with ownership and the local community.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to safety, service, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must protect confidential business information and guest data.
• Ensure guest safety and security of hotel assets.
• Be familiar with fire alarm systems and evacuation procedures.
• Able to operate with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong organizational skills and integrity to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations, including hiring, training, budgeting, and revenue management.
• Drive guest and associate satisfaction and owner relations.
• Lead Sales & Marketing efforts and develop annual marketing plans.
• Monitor performance, mentor staff, and set annual goals and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and Vision Hospitality policies.
• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain property safety and cleanliness.
