Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of hospitality management experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervision & monitoring of front desk staff, executive housekeeper, housekeepers, maintenance, and van drivers.
• Coach, counsel, hire and fire per forecast and policy.
• Drive front desk marketing and guest revenue initiatives.
• Own day-to-day hotel operations and service quality.
• Create a productive, positive working environment for staff.
• Maintain professional demeanor with guests, vendors, and employees.
• Develop schedules and ensure timely completion of duties.
• Communicate clearly and address individual needs.
