ESA Management, LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee hotel operations in California. You will drive guest satisfaction, uphold brand standards, and lead a team of associates to deliver exceptional service. This role reports to the district leadership and requires strong financial acumen and people management.

The successful candidate will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage labor and budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining ESA brand reputation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hospitality management experience.
• Customer experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle check.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest satisfaction and manage the customer experience.
• Recruit, interview, screen and hire staff.
• Onboard and train new associates with ESA training programs.
• Lead daily team meetings and communicate updates to the team.
• Monitor labor costs and manage budgets; approve daily punches.
• Ensure rooms are clean and brand standards are met.
