Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a hotel or hospitality leader responsible for the overall success of the property, guest satisfaction targets, and the customer experience. You will lead a team, ensure rooms and common areas meet high standards, and uphold brand and company policies while driving profitability.

The role requires a minimum of three years in hospitality management, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a motor vehicle check.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years related hospitality management experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff and guest relations.
• Conversational Spanish is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction and brand standards.
• Lead and coach associates to deliver excellent service.
• Manage daily room readiness and housekeeping coordination.
• Control labor and purchasing within budget.
• Ensure cash handling and guest balance collection is accurate.
• Drive local lead generation and guest engagement efforts.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
