Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead the hotel operations, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards while achieving financial goals. The role provides leadership to property associates and strives to position the hotel as an exceptional workplace.

You will recruit and train staff, manage rooms and labor costs, monitor guest experience, and ensure compliance with company policies. Strong communication, Spanish skills, and hospitality leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years related hospitality management experience.
• Customer experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle check.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and brand standards.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and hire staff following procedures.
• Onboard and train associates in Best Day Ever and Extended Stay University.
• Manage labor costs and scheduling to meet budgets.
• Communicate with the District Manager and conduct daily team meetings.
• Oversee purchasing, accounts, and vendor relationships.
