Job summary

ESA Management, LLC in San Jose, CA is seeking a Team Lead to support the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations, driving revenue, and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction through service excellence and process discipline.

You will mentor associates, enforce brand standards, monitor safety, manage inventory and budgets, and step in for the GM when needed, while maintaining strong guest relationships and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent training/experience.
• Preferred supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in driving revenue and guest/associate satisfaction.
• Train associates on brand standards and expectations.
• Uphold company standards and policy compliance at the hotel.
• Monitor guest balances and issue refund checks.
• Support budget adherence and GOP targets.
• Serve as first contact for guest service issues.
