Qualifications

• Minimum three years related hospitality management experience.
• Customer experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle check.
• Conversational or proficient in Spanish preferred.
• 2-year degree highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes commitment to guest experience.
• Ensures guest issues are resolved aligned with company goals.
• Maintains rooms and public areas to brand standards.
• Onboards and trains associates on required courses.
• Verifies inventory, budgeting and vendor compliance.
• Generates optimal associate performance through coaching and policy enforcement.
• Conducts daily team meetings and communicates hotel updates.
• Manages cash handling and in-house balances.
• Oversees recruitment, interviewing, and hiring procedures.
