Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a General Manager for our Oakland property to lead guest experience, drive financial performance, and uphold brand standards. This role provides leadership to hotel associates and ensures the property is viewed as an exceptional workplace.

The GM will oversee operations, staffing, training, and customer satisfaction, while managing expenditures, labor, and safety programs to deliver outstanding service and results.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years related hospitality management experience.
• Customer experience required.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience initiatives to meet satisfaction targets.
• Ensure rooms and facilities meet cleanliness and brand standards.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of hotel staff.
• Manage labor, budget, and procurement to align with company policies.
• Monitor guest feedback and respond to issues promptly.
• Conduct team meetings and communicate company updates.
