Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a General Manager to lead hotel operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee staff performance, maintain brand standards, and drive financial results while upholding ESA policies.

You will recruit, onboard, and train team members, manage daily operations, monitor labor costs, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction across all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years related hospitality management experience.
• Customer experience required.
• Valid driver's license and pass motor vehicle check.

Responsibilities

• Promote the guest experience and achieve guest satisfaction targets.
• Ensure guest-related issues are resolved in line with company goals.
• Maintain rooms and public areas to high cleanliness standards and ensure brand standards.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, screening, and hiring procedures for hotel staff.
• Onboard and train associates to ESA training programs and policies.
• Drive a positive work environment through teamwork and recognition.
