Qualifications

• Minimum three years related hospitality management experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle check.
• Customer experience required.
• Conversational or proficient in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction targets and manage overall customer experience.
• Lead and direct hotel staff to deliver daily tasks and maintain brand standards.
• Oversee recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of associates.
• Conduct daily team meetings and monitor performance to improve daily deliverables.
• Maintain rooms and public areas to meet cleanliness and quality standards.
