Extended Stay America is seeking a General Manager to drive overall hotel success in Greenville, SC. You will lead guest satisfaction initiatives, optimize financial performance, and uphold ESA brand standards while building a high-performing team of associates.

The role requires hospitality leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years related hospitality management experience.
• Customer experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle check.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel operations to meet guest satisfaction and financial targets.
• Recruit, interview, and hire following procedures.
• Onboard and train associates according to Best Day Ever and ESA University.
• Conduct daily team meetings and communicate updates to staff.
• Ensure brand standards, budget controls and procurement are followed.
• Monitor guest experience and respond to feedback across channels.
