You will recruit, train, and manage associates, oversee room readiness, and drive a positive work environment. A valid driver’s license is required; Spanish language skills are a plus. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience and strong team leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years hospitality management experience.
• Customer experience required.
• Valid driver"s license and motor vehicle check.
• Conversational or proficient in Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to hotel associates and ensures brand standards.
• Maintains guest readiness and cleanliness to the highest standard.
• Oversees recruiting, interviewing and hiring procedures.
• Onboards and trains new associates, including ESA University training.
• Drives guest satisfaction and handles guest issues in alignment with company goals.
• Manages labor costs using productivity reports and adherence to budgets.
• Monitors and enforces safety, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Conducts daily team meetings and communicates hotel needs to improve performance.
