Extended Stay America seeks a General Manager to lead our property team and uphold ESA standards. You will drive guest satisfaction and financial performance while ensuring brand integrity.

You will recruit, onboard, train, and develop associates, oversee Rooms and service quality, and maintain strong communications with the District Manager. Spanish skills are a plus, and travel within the local community may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years related hospitality management experience.
• Customer experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass motor vehicle check.
• 2-year degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train hotel associates to deliver Best Day Ever and ESA standards.
• Oversee guest satisfaction targets and financial goals.
• Recruit, interview, screen, and hire hotel staff.
• Manage daily operations and ensure rooms and public areas meet brand standards.
• Conduct daily team meetings and provide necessary tools to staff.
• Control labor costs and ensure purchases stay within budget.
