Qualifications

• Minimum three years in hospitality management with customer experience
• Valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle check
• Knowledge of ESA brand standards and guest satisfaction goals

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability
• Ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff following procedures
• Onboard and train associates with ESA training
• Lead team meetings and communicate updates
• Monitor labor costs and approve daily punches
• Manage cash handling and guest balances
• Maintain vendor relations and procurement within budget
