The role requires hospitality management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to recruit, train, and coach a diverse team. A driver’s license is required and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years related hospitality management experience.
• Customer experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Conversational Spanish is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes commitment to guest experience.
• Ensures guest issues are resolved per company goals.
• Maintains rooms to brand standards and cleanliness.
• Oversees recruitment, interviewing, and hiring procedures.
• Onboards and trains new associates including ESA University.
• Drives positive work environment through teamwork and recognition.
• Manages labor costs and productivity metrics.
• Cash handling and adherence to lodging procedures.
